Yes. They are separate products with separate billing. Paying for one does not include the other, and no combined or bundled plan has been announced.
No. SellerHint pricing covers SellerHint only. eBay seller fees, advertising fees, shipping costs and any taxes you owe on your sales are separate and are charged by those parties, not by SellerHint.
Prices can change. When pricing is published, the terms will state how much notice you receive before a change affects an existing subscription, and how a change interacts with an annual term you have already paid for.
Data export is part of the product rather than a paid add-on. SellerHint for Mac stores product records and images on your Mac, so that data stays where it is when a subscription ends. Export and retention rules for SellerHint Web will be published with Web pricing.
Use the billing contact channel on the contact page. Never send passwords, full payment card numbers or marketplace tokens in a support or billing message.
