Product Import overview

Product Import loads the active listings for one connected store, compares them with your local catalog, and presents what it found. Every outcome is a suggestion. Linking and importing are always your explicit decision.

1. Open Settings and go to Product Import.
2. Choose the store to import from. Import works on one store at a time.
3. Load the active listings for that store.
4. Review the match state shown against each listing.
5. For each listing, choose to link it to an existing product, import it as a new product, or skip it.
6. Apply your decisions and review the summary.

Match states

• Exact match: a strong match on normalised SKU or title.
• Possible match: a candidate worth reviewing, not a conclusion.
• Conflict: more than one candidate, or a difference that cannot be resolved automatically. Duplicate SKUs and variation or child-SKU differences commonly land here.
• No match: nothing in your catalog corresponds to this listing.
