Import limitations
Know what a marketplace import can recover.
Import brings in the listing information and media eBay makes available. It cannot recover seller-only notes or original local files that were never part of the listing. Missing permissions, unavailable media and variation conflicts can leave some rows incomplete.
Review the import result and retry only the affected listings. Importing and publishing are separate actions.
