Current limitations
An honest list of what SellerHint does not do today.
- Mac Case Center supports messaging, accepting a return and issuing refunds after confirmation, subject to eBay permissions. Escalation, declining returns and closing cases continue on eBay. Web Cases is not connected yet.
- Inventory Sync is quantity-focused. It is not a general listing synchroniser.
- SellerHint for Mac and SellerHint Web do not share data, accounts or subscriptions.
- Not every field an eBay listing can hold is supported for remote update.
- Marketplace information can be delayed or incomplete because of external service behaviour, request limits or outages.
- SellerHint supports eBay only. No other marketplace is supported.
