Inventory Sync overview

Open Products to review exact product identities, quantities and linked store listings. Repeated SKUs can belong to separate products; resolve any earlier SKU-setting conflicts before changing stock.

Review the selected products and intended quantity before saving. The Mac workflow saves locally and queues supported quantity updates to linked live stores. Review each result because some targets can fail while others succeed.

Inventory Sync changes quantity, not titles, descriptions, prices or images. Refresh affected listings when reconciling a result. It cannot prevent every oversell or guarantee identical stock at every instant.
