Mac and Web separation

SellerHint for Mac and SellerHint Web are separate products. They have separate backends, databases, storage systems, routes, tokens and operational contexts.

Not shared

• Accounts and sign-in
• Subscriptions and billing
• Databases and stored images
• Settings, drafts and templates
• Cached marketplace data
• eBay store connections and authorisations

What this means in practice

• Buying one product does not include the other.
• A product record created on your Mac does not appear in SellerHint Web.
• Connecting a store in one product does not connect it in the other.
• There is no synchronisation between them, in either direction.
