Definitions for the terms used throughout the product and documentation.
- Product record
- Your information about an item, stored by SellerHint. Not a listing.
- Listing
- What exists on eBay. Created, changed and ended by the marketplace.
- Connected store
- An eBay store you have authorised SellerHint to work with.
- Store scope
- The rule that marketplace information belongs to exactly one connected store.
- Local save
- Writing changes to SellerHint storage on your Mac. Changes nothing on eBay.
- Send changes
- The separate action that applies supported changes to a listing on eBay.
- Marketplace identity
- The exact eBay item identity used to make sure an action reaches the right listing.
- Draft
- Work in progress saved in SellerHint. It is not a live listing on eBay.
- Listing template
- Reusable listing defaults applied when preparing new work.
- Inventory master
- The store nominated as the quantity source when comparing stores.
- GTC Guard
- Controls for good-til-cancelled listing end and relist work. Consult your product’s Schedule documentation for its operation and requirements.
- Case Center
- Review supported return and Item Not Received cases, message buyers, accept eligible returns and issue refunds after confirmation. Escalation, declining returns and closing cases happen on eBay.
