Connect an eBay store

1. Open your product’s store-connection settings. On Mac, use Settings › Stores and the + button to add a store.
2. Check the store name and marketplace, then choose Connect.
3. Sign in on eBay, review the permissions and approve the connection.
4. Return to SellerHint and confirm the connected eBay account is correct.

In the Mac app, use Test eBay Connection to check access, then Product Import to bring in listings. Connect stores separately in Mac and Web; a connection is not shared between the products.

Sign in only on eBay’s own page. Never send an eBay password, token or API key to SellerHint support.
