Supported Item Not Received cases

Open the case in the Mac Case Center and check its store, order, tracking and response deadline. Use the supported messaging or refund action only after reviewing the details and confirmation.

Escalation, declining returns and closing cases remain on eBay. A local view does not extend a marketplace deadline.
