Database or storage issues

Preserve local records while diagnosing a storage error.

Check available disk space and the exact error. Use Settings › Data & Support to inspect storage and diagnostics. Stop repeating writes if the app reports a database or file error.

Do not manually delete or edit database files. Contact support with the app version and redacted error before using destructive reset tools.
