Storage information and reset tools
Choose storage tools according to their stated effect.
Open Settings › Data & Support to inspect Storage & Backup or Reset. Use the app’s tools to open the data location or manage archived media. Read every removal or reset confirmation before continuing.
A layout reset and a data reset are different. Do not manually delete database files to repair an unexplained error; contact support first.
