On Mac, open Case Center and inspect the current case and available actions. Review any buyer message, return acceptance or refund confirmation before submitting.

Escalation, declining returns and closing cases happen on eBay. Web Cases is not connected yet; use eBay for case work there. Verify uncertain results before retrying.
