Handle partial update failures
Separate accepted changes from changes needing attention.
Read the result for each affected listing and field. Preserve the successful changes, correct the reported failures and retry only the affected work.
If a timeout leaves the outcome uncertain, inspect the listing on eBay before retrying. Repeating the entire action can duplicate work or overwrite newer values.
