Troubleshoot missing cases

Check whether the product supports the case view.

Web Cases is not connected yet; review cases on eBay or in the Mac app. On Mac, clear filters, choose the correct store and refresh Case Center.

Check the case and deadline directly on eBay if it is missing. Do not wait for a refresh to resolve an urgent marketplace deadline.
