Disconnect a store

1. In the Mac app, open Settings › Stores and select the store.
2. Use the − button below the store list.
3. Review Keep listings and Keep orders, then choose Remove Store to confirm.

Kept listings become disconnected records marked Ready; kept order history no longer refreshes. Messages, cases, policies, sync state, marketing and other store-only data are removed. Review your product’s removal confirmation before continuing.

Removing a connection does not end or delete live listings on eBay, close your eBay account or cancel an Apple subscription.
