Use the correct policies for each store and marketplace.
Open Settings › Business Policies, select the store and refresh its available policies. Review payment, fulfilment and return policy choices before using them on a listing.
Policy identifiers belong to their seller account and marketplace. Use eBay for unsupported policy changes, then refresh SellerHint.
